Arts at the Old Fire Station seeks to appoint a new post of General Manager (part-time 0.6 over three to five days per week). As a new role, this presents an exciting opportunity for someone to review and update our current practices and introduce new ideas. The successful candidate will be a proactive, people person who strives for excellence. You will have first class organisational ability and an acute eye for detail. Your belief in improving systems, safe working practices and interest in improving the business margins in a small organisation will contribute to this fast growing Arts Centre. This will be a key senior management post working alongside the Director and Deputy Director.
