I am a textile artist specialising in hand painted and printed textiles, but also use collage, low relief and mixed media in my work.
The work produced is characterised by bold strong colour, multiple layers and combinations of differing scale.
My inspiration is eclectic, from modern architecture to abstract mark making taking in 50's memorabilia and vintage florals along the way.
Final pieces can be small (postcard size) or large - up to 12 metres long.

I have produced pieces for commission and exhibition and have many years experience in the delivery and organisation of residencies in schools, colleges, galleries etc. I have worked across all phases of education from pre-school to degree level and INSET training. I also have a wealth of experience in delivering community arts.

Recent collaborations have included: 'Verve' textiles commission for Pitt Rivers Museum, 'Memories Are Made of This' an inter generational pilot project, 'Fantastical Furniture' for Stowe House, '40 Years, 40 Objects' community collaboration for Oxford's Old Museum and 'Moving Pictures' an Arts Council funded Big Draw project. Bespoke window film for West Oxon District Council & Witney Community Hospital. Outdoor metal installations for Birmingham schools.
