Abdabs is an amateur Youth & Community theatre and drama group based in Witney, Oxfordshire with professional Performing Arts coaches. We are a Youth & Community Theatre with a bit of a difference as we work on more than just productions. We consider that our students deserve the best in tuition, and as such, Abdabs prides itself on being a dramatics company that engages not just at the drama level but works on all aspects of the theatre and dramatics arena, including acting, voice, movement, lighting, sound, filming, stage combat and general hands on work such as stage/floor managing, scenery, etc.

Abdabs is all about developing people and their skills, we build on confidence, self esteem and nurture talent through fun filled activities. For ages 3 to adults, we provide structured sessions, which, over time, builds a rounded knowledge of performance and arts skills.

We run dedicated dance sessions in Musical Theatre, Jazz, Contemporary Dance and Ballet with our new dance school for those that may want to particularly specialise in this particular area of performing arts or add on to their existing session in Drama/Theatre Arts. We are due to offer Tap and Street Dance at the beginning of 2012.

Our recently opened film school runs on a Wed evening at Batts School for anyone 8yrs plus interested in discovering and participating in the world of film and television.

We put on productions at the local Corn Exchange Theatre, Witney, Oxon, on an annual basis to enable our students to put their newly developed skills in to practice.
