Devising and Directing Workshop (“Ideas into Action” - Putting Theory into Practice 2)

The Devising /Directing (”Re-Loaded!”) Workshop is a dynamic, exciting and highly practical, professional creative training experience. A time of white-hot, creativity, learning and experimentation! Creative ideas, left to themselves, remain simply and only ideas! Over time, these ‘frozen ideas’ are, at best, frustrating – at worst soul and confidence destroying. Ideas remain only ideas, unless… We act on them! Do Something about them! This workshop is about doing exactly that!Offering dynamic professional ‘hands-on’ training and providing a rare opportunity for invited individuals to create, shape, develop and present original new theatre-arts performance work, (scene/section), through a varied fusion of specially selected devising/directing skills, tools, techniques and approaches. Turning creative thoughts and ideas into a solid reality!Using the unique talents and creativity of each individual and group; Carefully crafted exercises are used to focus on the sharing of style, culture, individual experience, planning, thinking and practical experiment of ideas.
