House Manager, Chipping Norton Theatre: working with the Head of Operations, lead the Front of House team (paid and volunteer staff) to deliver a first class public service in support of film, live shows, meetings, workshops and other events. Manage front of house revenue targets and sales policy and practice to maximize income.
