Cowley Carnival 2010 - Stalls Wanted

Carnival in the Park on Sunday 4th July will host a number of diverse food and non-food stalls (including clothing, art, crafts, gifts, not-for-profit organisations, workshops, demonstrations, music/cds, books, innovative, environmentally - friendly activities, information-only stalls, charities and relaxation services and many, many more.... There will also be a ticketted event on Saturday 3rd, details still being finalised. There will be some stalls at this event as well.

Oxford’s Cowley Road Carnival announces provisional programme Cowley Road Carnival, one of the biggest and most vibrant outdoor community events in South East England, takes place the first weekend of July this year and has a theme of Invention. The Carnival will combine events on Cowley Road itself with family-focused activities, music and dance performances in nearby South Park. Paul Wolf, Chairman of the organising charity Cowley Road Works, says: “There is a huge public demand to return the Carnival to Cowley Road this year and to continue the successful, family-focused events and stage performances in South Park.
