PivotPoint Ensemble is a new Theatre company (2010) based in Oxfordshire. It’s aim is to be an ‘ambassador for the arts’, bringing professional level, original, dynamic and relevant theatre arts productions into the local community, and to work in partnership with existing community projects. Most of the pieces PivotPoint performs are original pieces. PivotPoint offers unique training and development for actors, dancers and other performance-artists from the UK and overseas wishing to develop their performance presence and for anyone interested in discovering new forms of disciplined, physical, artistic self expression.Quality one-one or small group tuition and mentoring serves to make the participant aware of what is involved and required for working as a full professional within the performing arts industry, including receiving direct work experience.
