Janine Charles is an artist, Creative Agent (for Creative Partnerships) and consultant (trading as Artmummy) working in a range of different settings, from local authorities, to arts organisations, education and community contexts. She has mentored individual artists, is a successful fundraiser, has established new organisations, teaches in Higher Education and is increasingly involved in social enterprise and community development. She is a trustee of Fusion in East Oxford (participatory arts organisation and arts centre), founded the artist network Artist's Soup and is one of two representives of the Cogges Community Enterprise group which put forward the vision for Cogges Manor Farm in Witney. She lives in Freeland and is passionate about food, sustainable living and the natural world.
