Christine won the Oxfordshire Artweeks 2009 Art Wine competition. The winning image is on 600 bottles of a special blend of red wine by top winemaker David Morrison for Oxford Wine Company. The image was also on the cover of the 2009 Artweeks guide.

The colourful vibrant paintings get their inspiration from the urban landscape, which is a key influence in my work; the NYC series of paintings are no exception.

Much of my work explores the artificial image of women and the results are informed by the pop art movement of the 1960s. I produce signed giclée prints mostly in small limited editions. I hold the John Aston collection of photographs of painter Pauline Boty, the only British woman pop artist. With illustrator Martina Selway, I'm been working on images of Pauline, mimicking her own pop art style.

My output also includes conventional pictures, typically people and places across the world. Another of my interests is social and family history as seen through old photographs.

Freelance photographer based in Hook Norton. Most of my work is the submission of images to various photo libraries including Alamy and Collections. However, I have also exhibited during Oxfordshire Artweeks and have had joint exhibitions at The Mill Arts Centre in Banbury as well as a solo exhibition at The Persian Shop in Chipping Norton.

I tend to photograph anything that appeals to me, however, in recent years I have concentrated on images of Oxfordshire and The Cotswolds. I also undertake small product photography as well as Press and PR work.
