WOAPA has now recruited its tutors for the children's drama school opening in 2012. However, we are holding a list of available tutors who could provide the following: a) last minute sessions to cover illness etc, in dance drama and singing.

WOAPA - West Oxfordshire Academy Of Performing Arts runs an Adult Singing Group (16+) - with no auditions and no requirement to be able to read music, the emphasis is on having FUN, while singing with like-minded people (hence we're deliberately not using the word 'choir').

UnderConstruction Theatre are looking for willing volunteers to take part in their Christmas production, Mummers, Michaelmas and The Empress Matilda, to be performed at Oxford Castle, 3rd-18th Dec (thurs/fri/sat/sun only). As part of the performance the company will be running a traditional style tavern in a marquee on the Castle lawn, and we are looking for talented musicians and singers to entertain audiences with traditional music and carols before and during the performance. Bill Spectre's Ghost Trail is looking for an actor with a loud voice! To perform the ghost trail in the same style as currently presented by Bill, ie with a nod toward Victorian melodrama! The right actor will need to be self motivated, ideally currently living in Oxford to enable them to easily help promote the trail. This would hopefully be a long term commitment. A sense of fun is vital!
