However, we would like to hold a list of available tutors who could provide the following: a) last minute sessions to cover illness etc, in dance drama and singing. b) one-off themed workshop sessions in a variety of subjects c) holiday scheme tutors at easter, summer holidays etc.

I've set up Windrush Creative as a new business for 2012 and its aim is to offer new and exciting craft workshops in West Oxfordshire. So far the following workshops have been organised: Weave a Willow Animal, Weave a Willow Plant Support, Make Your Own Mosaic and Make Your Own Felt. New workshops currently being organised including: Make Your Own Bead Jewellery and Paint Your Own Pottery. Other ideas for workshops include: soap making, handmade paper making, Christmas gift making, living willow structures, silver jewellery and more.

WOAPA - West Oxfordshire Academy Of Performing Arts runs an Adult Singing Group (16+) - with no auditions and no requirement to be able to read music, the emphasis is on having FUN, while singing with like-minded people (hence we're deliberately not using the word 'choir').

Pitt Rivers Museum

The Pitt Rivers Museum is the University of Oxford's museum of anthropology and world archaeology.

Founded in 1884 following a gift to the University from General Pitt Rivers it retains its unique period atmosphere with dense displays of artefacts, many in the original wooden display cabinets. As a result, it has often been described as a 'Museum of Museums'.

The Museum offers a changing programme of exhibitions from its reserve collection as well as photography exhibitions and site specific artist installations.

Creative Writing Tutor

The Theatre, Chipping Norton, seeks an experienced tutor to lead our creative writing sessions for adults from January 2012. We run two sessions per week, currently on Mondays, in terms of ten weeks, 10am - 11.30am and 12pm - 1.30pm. Our enthusiastic creative writers enjoy exploring a wide variety of styles and genres.
